Weekend of Yoga, Breathing and Meditation at Wasing Estate in Berkshire 17th – 19th April
Join me for a weekend of yoga, breathing and meditation at the stunning Wasing Estate retreat only 1 hour from London. Over the weekend you will stay in beautiful accommodation and be treated to delicious food cooked by the retreats amazing chef Jo.
Places are limited to allow maximum attention and really give you the space to inspire and refine your yoga practice. I will be assisted by my sister Rebecca Horn who is a fully trained yoga teacher and we will also have the opportunity to try Transformational Breathing with Rebecca Dennis from Breathing Tree who is going to be running an introductory workshop. There will be time for woodland walks or massages for those who wish to indulge or perhaps just lying by the open fire!
Jess has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has studied with some of the finest teachers from around the globe including Sean Corne, Shiva Rea, Tias Little, Adhil Palkilava, Claire Misingham and is currently training in ISHTA yoga with Katrina Repka.
Originally practicing Ashtanga yoga, she has also trained in Iyengar, Sivananda, Restorative and Yin and now teaches a blend of gently flowing, breath led and alignment based classes. She strongly believes in the transformative power of yoga and in helping students to discover tools to connect more deeply and mindfully with their bodies bringing more awareness into their practice and into their lives. She also is a strong advocate that yoga shouldn’t be taken too seriously and should put a huge smile on your face and in your heart!
3pm Arrivals – welcome introductions and settling in
4.30pm – 7pm – Yoga mindful flow and guided relaxation
8pm 3 course Healthy delicious dinner
7.30am Light breakfast / fresh smoothies
8.30am – 11am Yoga mindful flow and meditation
12pm – Lunch (Massages available to book £60 per hour)
2pm 5pm – Transformational Breathing Workshop
5pm – 7.30pm Free time (massages available to book £60 per hour)
9pm Candlelit meditation
8am – Light breakfast
9am – 11.30am Yoga session and Meditation
12pm – 2pm Lunch Free time/ walk in woodlands / massages available to book between 11.30am – 2pm
2pm Yin yoga session and yoga nidra
3.30pm Closing circle and departure
Prices start from £330.00 per person for a shared twin room. If you book by the end of February you can get the early bird price of £310.00. Doubles are available for couples and there are 2 en-suite bedrooms available which are £350.00 per person. (early bird £330.00
Solo occupancy starts at £490.00. (early bird £470.00)
