There are many benefits of learning yoga one to one, whether you feel too busy to attend a scheduled class, easily distracted or intimidated by large groups. Maybe you need some inspiration or individual attention.
Traditionally, Yoga was practiced one on one, guru to student, not in large classes, this allowed the program to be tailored to individuals and their needs. This is exactly the benefit of private classes, an experienced instructor who teaches proper alignment and breathing as well as mindfulness, strength and balance – on and off the yoga mat.
